11/15/2008 Wedding - Baltimore, MD

Jessica and Everett should be coming back from their honeymoon any day so hopefully their coming to check the blog! It rained cats and dogs on this wedding day, it was a fun, emotional, amazing day. Jessica and Everett are just super cool people! I especially loved the color palette they chose for their fall wedding!

Fin!… sorta

In about 1 hour I’m off to shoot my last wedding of the year! And just this week I shot what will probably be my last portrait session of the year as well!!! Its been a crazy, busy, busy, busy, did I mention busy season. But it doesn’t end for me quite yet, actually it never ends! All winter I’ll be working, tying loose ends with albums, orders, etc, as well as coming up with new exciting things for next year, and not to mention working on that 101 in 1001 list that I need to update! So just a quick thank you to all my 2008 clients who have been so wonderful, awesome and sometimes patient.

On that note, I’ll still be accepting winter portrait sessions and events for anyone crazy enough to go outside, but holiday sessions are OVER and the deadline for getting your orders in time is passed. I do still offer portrait gift certificates as I did last year, if you’re interested for the holidays just send an email or phone call to me to inquire. I am also accepting bookings for next year.

In January 2009 I’ll be holding another Marathon Boudoir Session, look for dates and details early next month. Also, in Spring 09′ I will also be holding another portrait marathon. Portrait Sessions and Wedding Collections will also be revised for 2009 and those details will be released next month.

11/1/2008 Wedding - Annapolis, MD

A couple weeks ago I second shot for Jaime Windon a.k.a The Blonde Photographer in Annapolis. Jaime was SO much fun to work with, the wedding was SO awesome and the couple was SO cute! On top of that, it was held at the Loews Hotel in Annapolis, so I got to walk to and from work that day!

Heres’s an expressive sequence I caught of Jaime having a 3 minute conversation with the bridesmaids during the reception!

10/18/2008 Wedding - Cocoa Beach, FL

Ready for a good story? Well over a year ago I get an email from a lovely pregnant lady named Ashleigh, first she lets me know of stealing her unborn baby’s domain name but then she goes on to tell me she’s having her wedding the next year and what a coincidence I’m a wedding photographer! Problem is, her and her fiance, Brian, are in Florida… wait thats not a problem! So we finally get to talking and they hire me to come down and photograph the celebration! Over the year we stalked each others blogs and I got to know Ashleigh, Brian and their super adorable, cute as a button, sweet as sugar, baby SHELBY LEIGH! By the time I finally flew down for the wedding it was like meeting family, and the whole weekend was a complete blast. I cant wait to get Ashleigh out here for a trash the dress session now and return the favor!

Julie + Mike - DC

Lord, have I been horrible about blogging, or getting anything done in general. Life is so crazy right now!! Thankfully I’ll get a little break over the weekend ** I’ll be out of office 11/7-11/11**. I shot Julie and Mike’s e-session weeks ago in DC, they were so fun plus I love getting the chance to shoot downtown. PS. Holiday print order deadline is coming up on 11/15.
