Candy + Hermans wedding was at a beautiful farm land in Lovettsville, VA. The farm is an organic restaurant that serves delicious 5 & 7 course meals, definitely worth a trip back! Take a look at their beautiful photos!

Who doesnt love a good bargain? I love buying things on sale, and sometimes I even feel guilty if I didnt buy something with a little discount. That also goes hand in hand with my love of Target. I could spend forever in Target. I love perusing the end of the aisles looking for those bright red clearance stickers and going straight to the “75% OFF!” section. If you follow my twitter, you know I mostly talk about 2 things, eating and Target! I even pronounce it in the fancy french way, tar-jay. Well on my latest endeavor to this great store I came across these cute as a button kid size kitchen aprons! Now I’ve seen similar aprons at such stores at Anthropologie (one of my other favorite stores) for $30-$50. And guess how much I got these knock off for? $1.75! Yes, a buck 75.
One of the best sections in Target for kids is the “deal” or “dollar bin” as I like to call it. Its usually the first thing I hit, especially when I have my two girls with me. Sometimes I’ll let them pick out something from the bins and it’ll keep them quiet the rest of the shopping trip. And it only cost me $2 for my sanity! These bins is exactly where I spotted these aprons, for 30% off, at that!
I could go on forever a about this, but I thought it would be great to share with my readers, especially clients because not only do I know you like a good deal but I think this would be a cute idea for a photo session as well! Grab one of these aprons for each of your kids and start baking cookies for me. I can see it now on your Christmas cards! Wait. Maybe I’ll steal that idea for my own :o)

I’m so excited to share a recent boudoir session I photographed a few weeks ago. This stunning bride gave me permission to share a few of the images from her session. We had a blast at the session, Crystal did makeup and we had lots of sexy new ensembles and accessories to play with! She looks like a certain famous actress to me, who do you think it is? :o)

“28. Buy a house.”
Number 28 on my 101 in 1001 list was one of those tasks I wasnt really hopeful would happen, but I put it out there anyway. And eventually everything fell into place to make home ownership possible for me, and on September 25, 2009 we settled on our new home! After 5 moves in 4 years, I was dreading signing another 1 year lease and continuing the serial moving. No more living with white rental walls, barren non-decorated decorated rooms and feeling like I’m living in someone else’s home! Nope, my hand will touch every room in our house, from painting to full on remodeling because I can make this house a home!
