I think some people are still trying to figure out what boudoir photography is! It’s the best thing to happen in photography for women, thats what it is! I can’t think of a more feminine fun experience then this! I did a short video with a behind the scenes look at my boudoir session. After boudoir sessions, an Art Book displaying your favorite images is usually put together and presented for the recipient. OR you just keep them as your own momentos.

I love the video! It looks like so much fun! I’ve always wanted to do these for my husband but never had the chance. I think it would be interested in doing a different twist on them and having photos taken in a different setting. Things like taking photos at the beach or in the woods/rural setting. I also like the idea of doing tub or shower photos…just instances where you push the envelope a little while still maintaining tasteful images. Have you ever done any shoots like that?

Jen, YES! That is definitely what I want to do next when I have a willing participant. I envision vintage lingirie in a field. Anthropolgie style.

oh yes, I guess I should note for all you photogs. I rented the Nikon D90 to shoot the video, and used a 50mm 1.4 lens on it the entire time. Loved it!
